Midnight Sun Halfmarathon - Tromsř (Norway)
The "Midnight Sun Halfmarathon" takes place in Tromsř in June. The half marathon, part of the "Midnight Sun Marathon" events, is held at night, but runners still run in bright daylight. The pure feeling of the midnight sun in astounding surroundings is part of the reason why the race is a target for a great number of runners worldwide. The race starts and finishes at the city centre. The course is relatively flat and follows the same route as the last 21 kilometers of the marathon race.
